New Biz Launches for developers
This page is for using New Biz Launches from code or from an AI assistant. Both the REST API and the MCP server let you search every launch, read leaderboards and founder stories, submit a product from its web address, edit your listing and get a checkout link for paid launches, under identical rules.

Work with your AI assistant
Add https://newbizlaunches.com/mcp as a custom connector or MCP server in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code or any MCP client. Ask things like “What launched this week in my category?”, “Find alternatives to my competitor” or “Launch my product https://example.com”. Reading works straight away; the first time you change something, your app opens a browser so you can connect your account. Step-by-step for each app.

The rules
- An AI draft cites what the product's own website says. Where it finds nothing, the field stays blank and marked; it is never invented.
- The billboard and sponsorships are paid placements and are labelled as paid. Community rankings come from votes only.
- A purchase is finished on a checkout page that the person opens and pays on. The API only gives out the link and never sees a card.
- Your code cannot vote. The API and the MCP server leave voting to people on New Biz Launches, who are the only source of votes.
- list_products returns New Biz Launches's own prices, in US dollar cents, before VAT.
Questions
- Could an AI assistant vote or pay in my place?
- Neither. People on the site cast the votes, and you pay on a checkout page of your own, reached through the checkout link the API returns.
- Can I use an API with New Biz Launches?
- Yes. The free REST API is at /api/v1 (OpenAPI) and the remote MCP server at /mcp. Public reads need no sign-in, and submitting or managing your own listings needs your account (OAuth or an API key).
- Can I reach New Biz Launches from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or VS Code?
- Yes. Add the MCP server URL as a custom connector or MCP server in your app. Reading works straight away; the first write opens a browser so you can connect your account.
- Does the AI ever make facts up about my product?
- The draft is designed to avoid it. It quotes your own website for each value, leaves blank and marked whatever it cannot verify, and gives you every field to review and change before anything goes live.
- Do I have to pay for the API?
- The API and the MCP server are free to use as long as you stay within the published rate limits. Products you buy, for example a paid launch, are priced on the pricing page.
