How does the subscription work?
To get started, you create an account to manage your subscription. You answer questions about your dog to receive a personalized plan. You choose which recipes you want and they are delivered in convenient portions to your door. You can change or swap recipes anytime and have control over delivery frequency and pausing.
How is Butternut Box made?
Butternut Box uses whole, human-quality ingredients that are gently cooked at 90°C to lock in nutrients, then quickly frozen for freshness without preservatives. Each recipe is taste-tested to ensure quality before delivery.
Is Butternut Box nutritionally complete?
Yes, all Butternut Box meals are complete and balanced. They are also highly digestible, which means nutrients are more easily absorbed and dogs get more nutrients with every bite.
What do you mean by 'human-quality' ingredients?
Human-quality ingredients are sourced from the human food supply chain and are of such high quality they can be used for human food. Examples include chicken, beef, carrots or peas. Unlike ingredients in kibble or wet foods, they are easily traced back to their origins and retain quality from sourcing to serving.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you have complete control over your plan. You can easily stop, start or skip deliveries whenever you like. To stop your subscription, go to the Account Details section and click Pause Subscription, then follow the prompts to Stop Subscription.
