Does EverWhen track my location?
No. Location is optional and off by default. If enabled, it is requested only after a missed check-in and shared with your trusted responders.
Does EverWhen call 911?
No. EverWhen alerts your own care network and keeps a Call 911 button easy to reach. A person always decides whether emergency services are needed.
Do my trusted people need the app?
No. Someone can receive safety alerts by text and email without installing the app. An EverWhen account is only needed if you give them app access.
Does a helper need Pro?
No. Helping is always free. Pro belongs to the owner account and adds more people plus calls from Joanne. Every plan includes one trusted person.
