You charge $0.06 per minute now, but what if that rate goes up a lot?
The per-minute price has two parts: phone costs and AI model costs. If phone costs rise, other answering services will raise their rates too. AI models will only get cheaper as they improve.
Can you really provide bug fixes and updates for EHR API changes at no additional cost, forever?
Yes, for the foreseeable future. We take code quality seriously, which keeps bugs rare and makes them less costly to fix. EHR APIs also change infrequently, so keeping your integration compatible usually requires limited work. 1. You would already have paid far less than you would have with a subscription-based alternative. 2. We would work with you to agree on a fair maintenance fee. Because our development team is small and efficient, we expect that fee to be lower than what most competitors charge.
How soon can we go live?
It depends on which EHR you use. We’ll launch the core features first, then roll out the remaining features.
