My21Reset is a personalised meal and movement planning service delivered as a live calendar feed. Users choose from four plan styles (high protein, high fibre, balanced or lower carb) and four diet options (omnivore, pescatarian, vegetarian or vegan), and receive 21 meals a week as calendar events with full recipes, a weekly shopping list grouped by aisle, and beginner movement sessions.
Every meal and session appears as a calendar event in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook at times the user specifies. Each event has Done, Skip and Swap links. Skipped meals drop down the menu for a while, swapped meals update the shopping list automatically, and the plan adapts weekly based on what users did. The first week is free with no card required; after day 8, users can continue at £2.99 a month or £29.99 a year, or purchase a one-off 21-day plan for £9.99.
The service includes an optional setting for people on weight-loss injections, which adjusts portion sizes and meal gentleness on injection days. What's a plan style?
A plan style determines what your plates lean towards. High protein keeps a higher protein floor per meal with a strength emphasis. High fibre puts beans, oats, lentils and vegetables on every main plate with extra water prompts. Balanced is an everyday Mediterranean leaning plate. Lower carb swaps starchy sides for vegetables and protein, without going very low.
What does the calendar actually do?
Every meal and session appears as an event at the time you specified, with the full recipe or session inside. Each event carries Done, Skip, Swap and Ate out links. Tap Swap and the next refresh brings a recipe you haven't had yet and updates that week's shopping list.
Does the plan change over time?
Yes. Every event has Done, Skip and Swap links. If you skip or swap something it drops down the list for a while; if you swap to something, it comes back; if weeknight dinners keep getting skipped, the next week's weeknight dinners get quicker. Each new week comes with a note saying what changed.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from the manage link in your emails. The free week has nothing to cancel as no card is taken and it simply ends after day 7. A subscription's calendar feed stays live until the end of the period you have paid for. You can cancel in one click.
