Pushup RPG turns real exercise into a role-playing game. You prop your phone to film yourself, and the camera counts your pushups and squats in real time using on-device pose detection. Each rep deals damage to monsters across 8 biomes with 48 hand-crafted foes. You level up your character, earn loot from Common to Mythic rarity, upgrade gear at the Forge, and spend points across a skill tree. The game includes daily quests, streak systems with freezes and rest days, guilds with shared weekly bosses, live duels against friends, and an Arena for matching with other players. All pose detection runs on your device only—camera video is never uploaded.

Is Pushup RPG free?
Yes. Pushup RPG is free to download on both the App Store and Google Play. The camera rep-counting and the core RPG are free to play, with optional in-app purchases for Vigil membership and gem packs.
How does the camera count pushups?
On-device pose detection tracks your head, shoulders and arms in real time. It counts full-range reps by measuring depth and cadence, ignoring small movements and partial reps. All detection runs on your phone with no server involvement or video upload.
Is camera video uploaded for rep counting?
No. Camera video and pose landmarks are never uploaded for rep counting. The camera feed exists only in memory during a battle and is discarded immediately.
Can you compete against other players in real time?
Yes. You can challenge a friend to a live duel where both cameras count reps for 40 seconds, or enter the Arena to be matched with a player near your level. A tug-of-war rope moves with every rep either player completes.
What exercises does Pushup RPG count?
The app counts pushups, squats, sit-ups, pull-ups and dips with the camera, and times planks. Only pushups and squats drive the main campaign and earning XP and loot; sit-ups, planks, pull-ups and dips are solo training modes that keep your daily streak alive.
