About Agriculture & AgTech
This is the corner of the map for people who work with soil, seed, animals and water, and for those building tools to help them. You will find market gardens, smallholdings, hatcheries, nurseries and young software firms that have only just opened their gates. Some sell from a village stall; others sell to growers in other regions.
Browse the whole category or step into a subcategory, then use the filters to narrow things down. Listings appear newest first by default, and you can sort by community votes instead. Votes can never be bought. Each business has one main category, so a farm app and a vegetable plot end up in sensible, separate places. Read the profile, then visit the website to see how the business really works.

Agriculture & AgTech: questions answered
- What belongs in Agriculture & AgTech?
- Businesses that grow, raise or look after crops, animals, fish and plants, plus those that make software, sensors or equipment for them. A new orchard, a smallholding with a farm shop and a record-keeping app all fit. Retail of finished food usually sits elsewhere.
- How do I choose between the subcategories?
- Pick the one that describes what your business does day to day. Software for running a farm office goes under farm management, while sensor and mapping tools for the field go under precision agriculture. Animals and fish have their own home, as do gardens, nurseries and plant growers.
- How do I get my business listed here?
- Go to /submit and paste your website address. An AI drafts the profile from that site, and you check and edit every field before anything goes live. You choose one main category, included free. A paid launch costs $5; a free listing joins a queue of about 1-2 weeks.
- Can a business appear in more than one subcategory?
- Every listing has exactly one main category, chosen when it is submitted. If your work straddles areas, such as a nursery that also sells growing software, a paid upgrade adds up to 3 more categories for $5.
- How are listings ordered on this page?
- Newest listings come first by default, so recently opened businesses are easy to spot. You can switch to sorting by community votes instead. Votes can never be bought, so that order reflects what visitors have chosen to back, not what anyone has paid for.
