Cevren
Track everything you take. See if it's working.
An iPhone app for tracking peptides, prescriptions and supplements alongside health data and lab results to determine if protocols are working.
About the business

Cevren is an educational software application designed for people running protocols involving peptides, prescriptions, and supplements. It combines protocol tracking, health data from wearables and Apple Health, lab results, and daily observations on a single timeline to help users understand whether their protocols are working. Users log their doses in two minutes daily (with most data arriving automatically), then ask questions in plain language about their health data. The app shows what moved against the user's own baseline, what the trends might indicate, and where to consult a clinician, built around showing its work rather than making confident claims it cannot support.

Neighbours ask
What is Cevren and who is it for?
Cevren is an educational app for people already running protocols involving peptides, prescriptions and supplements. It tracks doses, health data from wearables and labs, and daily observations on a single timeline to help users understand whether their protocols are working. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat, and is not a substitute for professional advice.
What data does Cevren sync automatically?
Cevren automatically syncs sleep stages, HRV, resting heart rate, activity, and body composition from Apple Health. Data from smart rings or watches that write to Apple Health also sync automatically. The last 90 days of data are included when you first connect, providing a baseline from day one.
How does Cevren's AI answer questions about my protocol?
When you ask a question in plain language, Cevren reads your protocol, three weeks of logs with your notes, every lab marker, and your Health data all at once. Answers show what information was used, what couldn't be checked, and anything important for your clinician. Follow-up questions keep all your data in context.
How do I join the beta?
The beta is open on iPhone. Tap Join the beta on your iPhone, and if you don't have TestFlight yet, Apple's page will ask you to install it first. Once installed, go back and choose Install. Cevren is free while in beta, with public release coming soon.
