Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Creating an event, unlimited photo and video uploads, the live slideshow and downloading every photo are free with no credit card required. The only paid options are optional one-time upgrades such as keeping an event online forever.
How do guests upload photos?
Guests simply scan your event's QR code with their phone camera (no app needed) or visit the link you share. They can then upload photos directly from their phone in seconds.
What happens to photos after 30 days on the free plan?
On the free plan, the event stays available for 30 days after the event date so you can keep collecting photos, review uploads, and download anything you want to keep. Once that 30-day window ends, the uploaded photos and videos are automatically deleted.
Can guests download all photos?
Yes. Guests can download all event photos as a ZIP for a small fee, with no account required. The platform keeps the original resolution so you get the best quality memories.
