Triangle
Plain answers to health questions for people managing cancer or chronic conditions
About the business

Triangle is a patient-founded medical AI service that consolidates your medical records, wearable data, and genomic information into one organized health history you control. It reads your records in plain language, organizes them by condition, and provides a deeper analysis reviewed by a licensed physician before you receive it.
The service retrieves records from connected healthcare networks through Carequality and TEFCA, connects to popular wearables like Fitbit, Garmin, Oura, Whoop, Withings and Dexcom, and analyzes raw sequencing data using established genomic tools. Triangle prepares questions and possibilities to discuss with your care team, with every claim traced to named sources.
Triangle does not diagnose, treat or prescribe. It is designed for people newly diagnosed with cancer seeking to understand their pathology and treatment options, those with advanced or rare cancers looking for targeted therapies and clinical trials, family members and caregivers, people managing serious chronic conditions, and anyone who wants their scattered medical records organized in one place.

Neighbours ask
Does Triangle diagnose or recommend treatment?
No. Triangle does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. It prepares the conversation by organizing your records and generating questions to discuss with your care team, but your treating clinician makes all diagnosis and treatment decisions.
How does Triangle get my medical records?
With your authorization, Triangle requests records from connected healthcare networks including Carequality and TEFCA. You can also upload records you already have, including visit summaries, pathology, imaging reports, labs, medications and prior treatment records.
Is my data safe with Triangle?
Triangle is HIPAA compliant and encrypts records in transit and at rest. You decide what to share with your care team, and you can delete your data. Your data is never sold or shared for advertising.
Do I need a cancer diagnosis to use Triangle?
No. Anyone can start the free trial and bring their records together without a diagnosis. The deeper analysis is designed for people facing complex or serious health questions, but all users get plain-language record reading.
Who founded Triangle?
Arun Verma, Triangle’s CEO, co-founded it with Jonathan Grubb and Justin Balthrop after Arun’s brain tumour diagnosis in 2023. The service automates the research Arun did by hand to find his treatment.
