What happens when my trial ends?
Pick a plan and carry on where you left off. If you do not, your work is kept for a limited period of 60 days, so you can come back to it, then it may be deleted.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The trial is 14 days of the plan you pick, in full, with no card. You can switch plans as often as you like while you try.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, you can cancel online without talking to anyone. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. You can export your workspace first.
Do my clients and crew need an account?
No. Clients open a link to sign, review, pay or download, and can sign in with a code sent to their email. Crew get a free account for their gigs and never count as people on your plan.
How do payments and fees work?
Clients pay by card or bank through your own Stripe account, so the money goes straight to you. Stripe charges its usual fees, and Cutvey does not currently take a cut.
