About the business
Event Capsule is a private photo-sharing platform designed for weddings, birthdays, parties, and other events. Guests scan a QR code or follow a link to upload photos directly in their browser without needing to download an app or create an account—they only enter their name. The platform provides hosts with complete control over the experience: they can set when guests can upload photos, review and moderate submissions before they appear, and choose the exact moment when the entire gallery becomes visible to all attendees. Event Capsule also includes digital invitations and RSVP collection integrated into the same event flow. Photos are stored privately and automatically deleted 30 days after the host reveals the gallery, with the platform designed around Canadian privacy principles.
