Setup takes about 30 minutes to go live by creating an account, adding packages, and inviting coaches. Payments start flowing within a few days once Stripe verifies your business. A full migration from another system takes a few weeks, and migration help is included.

Do you send text message reminders?

Yes, session reminders go out by text and email 28 hours before and 1 hour before each session, with configurable timing. Texts send from your own business number once connected, and replies from the same number create leads in the CRM.

Is there a mobile app?

No app to install. The parent portal runs in any mobile browser and looks and feels like a native app, so parents can book sessions, pay, and read progress notes from their phones without downloading anything.
