Can customers book appointments online via my own website with Salonnare?
Yes. You place the booking widget or a booking button from Salonnare on your own website. Customers book without an account and receive confirmation and reminders by email. They can also book via your booking page, through the Google Reserve button and via the Salonnare marketplace.
How does Salonnare protect customer data?
Salonnare works according to GDPR: your data is stored on servers in the EU and transmitted encrypted (TLS) over the internet. Health data such as allergies and medication is stored in a separate vault, encrypted with AES-256. You determine per employee what they can see, and two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for every account.
What payment systems does Salonnare support?
Online payments run through your own Mollie or Stripe account (including iDEAL, card and Bancontact), so the money goes directly to your account. At the POS you can also pay with a connected SumUp or Mollie card machine or your own separate card machine. Salonnare charges 0.5% (minimum €0.30) per online or card payment and no commission on bookings.
