Do I need to download anything to use I'm OK?
No. I'm OK works entirely in WhatsApp for both you and the people you remind. Simply tap the button, say hello, and you'll be guided through setup.
What happens if someone doesn't tap Done?
If a reminder isn't marked done within 2 hours, you'll be notified so you can follow up. On the Plus plan, I'm OK nudges them first and you can receive messages every time it's done.
Is I'm OK an emergency service?
No. I'm OK sends reminders and daily check-ins, and the safety word only alerts the people you've chosen. In an emergency, always call 999.
