Unlike other event photo services that store memories on their servers and delete them after 3-12 months, JollyPics sends everything straight to your Google Drive. You own all your photos and videos permanently, with no expiring galleries or per-guest fees.
The platform supports high-resolution photos (JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP) and native-resolution videos (MP4, MOV, AVI) up to 1GB per file. It includes features like live slideshow projection, real-time upload tracking, password protection, digital guestbook, and optional virtual photobooth and audio guestbook on paid plans.

How do guests upload photos?
Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and a mobile-friendly upload page opens instantly in their browser. They select their photos or videos and tap upload. No app download or login is required.
Where are the photos and videos stored?
All files go directly to your Google Drive. JollyPics creates a dedicated folder for each event and does not retain copies on their servers. You own the files from the moment they are uploaded.
Do guests need a Google account or app?
No. Guests do not need any account or app. They simply scan the QR code and upload from their browser. Only the event host needs a Google account to connect their Drive.
How long does the Single Event plan stay open?
Your Single Event never expires. Once you purchase it, the event stays open for as long as you need—one day, one month, or years. There is no time limit, and you can pause and resume uploads whenever you want.
Is JollyPics safe and GDPR compliant?
Yes. Everything travels over HTTPS, files end up in your own Google Drive rather than on JollyPics servers, and the company does not sell or mine your data. JollyPics is GDPR compliant, based in Europe, and has no ads.
