How do I keep up with a business or founder?

Follow any listing or founder to get their news by email and in your account without visiting the page again.

Updated

Finding the Follow button

Every listing page and every founder profile has a Follow button waiting for you. It's free to use, and you'll only need a free account on the site.

Following in one click

Press Follow on the listing or founder page. If you're already signed in, you're following straightaway and the button changes to Following. Not signed in yet? The button takes you to sign up or log in, then brings you back to finish the job.

What news you'll hear

When you follow a listing, you get word of its new milestones, product launches, status changes (like being acquired), fresh founder stories and demo videos, and any Launch of the Week wins. Following a founder means you hear about their new founder stories. Everything lands in your account and arrives by email too.

How often emails arrive

By default, updates come as one daily summary email. You can change this at /account/notifications to get them instantly, weekly, or switch them off altogether. You can also set up Telegram or Slack there.

Stopping and pausing

Press the Following button again on that page and you stop following right away—no more updates. Or visit /account/notifications to turn emails off while staying a follower.

How it affects vote rankings

Following doesn't count as a vote and won't shift a listing's vote score or vote rankings. But it does count towards /launches/most-followed, the list of most followed launches on the site.

Questions people ask

Will the owner know I'm following them?
The owner sees that someone started following, but never who. The total number of followers may show on the listing.
Can I follow without getting emails?
Yes. Go to /account/notifications and turn emails off while keeping your follower status.
What if I sign in later?
If you press Follow but aren't signed in, the button takes you to sign up or log in first, then back to confirm.
