Update your business info across your listings

When you list the same business in more than one place, you can update all sites at once or pick which ones change.

Updated

Your shared and site-specific details

Some information about your business stays the same everywhere it's listed: your name, website, logo, long description, features, pricing, your founder story and team access. Change any of these once and every site shows it straight away.

Other details are kept separate for each site so you can tailor them: your tagline, short description, SEO title and SEO description, and additional categories.

How to update multiple sites

When you save changes in the listing editor, you'll see options next to "Publish changes":

  • All my listings of the company (selected by default)
  • Only this site
  • Choose sites – tick or untick each site individually

Only the wording you actually changed gets copied over. If you don't touch something, it stays as it is on the other sites. Each site keeps its own record, so we can restore one site separately if needed.

Copy existing differences between sites

On /account/listings, "Copy details" shows you where your tagline, short description or SEO text already differs between sites. Pick which sites should match this one.

For additional categories ($5), the same choice applies – but only to other listings that also have the add-on. Categories that don't exist on another site, or that would exceed its limit, are left out and we'll let you know. Listings without the add-on are skipped; copying never unlocks paid features.

What never copies

Votes, reviews, rankings, launch weeks, Featured placements and badges stay put on each site. Free listings keep their paid sections locked until upgraded.

Questions people ask

Do my votes and reviews move to other sites when I update?
No. Votes, reviews, rankings, launch weeks and Featured placements are unique to each site and never copied.
Will copying unlock paid features on another site?
No. Copying never unlocks anything. A listing without the add-on stays as it is.
Can I put one site back to how it was?
Yes. Each site keeps its own history, so ask us to restore a single site if needed.
