Why we need your founder story before launch
Complete your founder profile to release your listing and get it in front of neighbours looking for what you're opening.

Your listing is drafted and paid for—brilliant. But before it goes live, we need to know who's behind it. A complete founder profile helps neighbours recognise the real person opening a business near them, not just a company name.
What goes in your profile
Head to /account/founder and add:
- A photo of yourself, with a one-line caption saying what it shows
- Your full name
- Your title or role
- Your country
- A short bio (80 characters minimum)
- At least one personal link—your own website or personal social profile (not a company page)
You can also add your city and a founder story link if you'd like to share more.
Why your listing is waiting
If your listing says
Questions people ask
- What happens to my listing while my profile isn't finished?
- It's safe. Your listing stays drafted until your profile is complete, then it releases automatically. If you've paid for a specific week and it's already passed, we'll run it this week instead (or in the next free-queue week if you're using that).
- Can I add co-founders?
- Yes. Invite them from the Team section of /account/founder. They'll show on your product once they've finished their own profiles.
- Do I have to fill in city and founder story?
- No, those are optional. Your country, photo, name, role, bio and one personal link are what you need.
