What kinds of events does EventAssets work for?
EventAssets works for any gathering, including weddings, birthdays, parties, private celebrations and corporate events. Each type works the same way with an event page, QR code and shared gallery.
Do guests need to download an app or create an account?
No. Guests simply open the link or scan the QR code and can upload immediately without signing up or installing anything. Only the event organizer needs an account.
How long can guests upload photos and how long does the gallery stay online?
Guests can upload for 3 months after the event date, and the gallery itself stays online and shareable for 1 year.
Can I control what appears in the gallery?
Yes. Built-in moderation lets you review and remove any upload before or after it appears, so the gallery always reflects what you want guests to see.
Is there a limit on guests or storage?
There is no limit on guests on any plan. A free event holds up to 50 photos or videos within 500 MB; upgrading to Unlimited lifts both caps entirely with no further storage fees.
