LearningSense is management software for homeschool co-ops, Parents Day Out programs, and micro-schools. It combines registration and enrollment, tuition collection through bank or card payments, family and student records, classroom tools including assignments and report cards, messaging and announcements, calendar management, and a free customizable program website. Directors can import existing family data from spreadsheets or other tools, manage volunteer shifts and staff records, and track attendance. All families can access their own portal to keep information current, and parents control what teachers see about their children's health and pickup details. The platform works in any browser with no app download required.

How does the free trial work?
Sign up and your 14-day trial of the Grow plan starts right away with no payment information required. When the trial ends, you can choose a paid plan or move to the free plan if you have 10 or fewer families.
Do families pay any fees?
No. Families pay exactly the amount the director sets. The platform fee and payment processing fees are deducted from the director's payout, and cash or check payments collected directly have no platform fee.
Can I bring my families over from a spreadsheet?
Yes. You can import a spreadsheet or export file from another tool, matching your columns to the system's with a preview before anything is added. You can also add families one at a time.
Do I need a Stripe account?
Only for online payments. In offline mode, families pay you directly and you mark their invoices paid. You can open enrollment without connecting Stripe.
Who can see a child's allergy information?
Directors see every child's full profile. Teachers see only the health and pickup details that a parent has left shared, and parents can change what they share at any time.
