How much does Qlynic cost?
Qlynic costs CAD 89 per doctor per month, or CAD 69 per month billed yearly. There is no setup fee and no base fee. GST/HST is added where required, and optional add-ons are available. Many countries pay less: the clinic's registered country sets its price at checkout.
Can we cancel anytime and is there a refund?
Yes, cancellation is available anytime from the plan page in Qlynic. Access continues to the end of the billing period paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded or prorated.
Can we move from our current EMR to Qlynic?
Yes. Qlynic brings the patient list in for the clinic. For anything else, the clinic should book a walkthrough to discuss what system they currently use.
Is there a fee for each claim or a percentage of billing?
No. Sending claims is part of the subscription, with no charge per claim and no percentage of what the province pays. The price is per doctor.
Where is clinic data stored?
Clinic records are stored in Canada with backups also in Canada, encrypted in transit and at rest. Some services like text delivery, video calls and AI features may process data outside Canada.
