Agencies can create estimates with fixed, hourly and daily items, manage change requests with before and after scope comparisons, track time and expenses with cost and sell rates, and generate invoices from approved sources. The interface is available in nine languages and includes dark mode and keyboard access. Client reviewer accounts are free and unlimited, allowing clients to see only their own project's approval requests and invoices.

What happens when the trial ends?
The workspace becomes read-only and you can still view and export saved records but cannot add or change anything. Paying for a subscription unlocks it immediately. If no subscription is in place 60 days after the trial ended, the workspace may be deleted after notifying you by email.
Can I get a refund?
You can cancel at any time before the next renewal and keep access until the paid period ends. If within 30 days of a payment a problem makes the Service unusable and it cannot be resolved, the payment is refunded in full.
