RecordarApp is a web-based service that automates appointment reminders through WhatsApp. Every client receives a reminder message before their appointment at a time you choose, such as 24 hours or 2 hours before, with optional confirmation buttons. The app syncs with Google Calendar, allows in-app appointment creation, and includes online booking pages so clients can schedule themselves. RecordarApp tracks which clients have confirmed or cancelled their appointments and can follow up automatically with reviews or feedback requests after the visit.

Do I need a credit card to try RecordarApp?
No. You can start your 14-day free trial without providing a credit card. Your account shows your trial reminder allowance, and you can choose a subscription afterwards if you want to continue.
Do I need Google Calendar to use RecordarApp?
No. You can create and manage appointments directly in RecordarApp. If you already use Google Calendar, you can connect it for automatic syncing. Team and Business plans also allow you to import appointments from Excel or CSV.
Can I customize the reminders?
Yes. You can choose when to send each reminder and edit its message to include practical details clients need before they arrive.
What happens when a client replies?
Confirmations and cancellations update the appointment status automatically. Other replies are forwarded to you by email with the client's message and any attachments, so you can follow up.
What if a client doesn't use WhatsApp?
When a WhatsApp reminder cannot be delivered, SMS fallback can send it as a text message. You can contact RecordarApp to check delivery availability in your country.
