Does Rostery have medication management (eMAR)?
Yes. Rostery includes a full Electronic Medication Administration Record (eMAR) system designed for NDIS SIL, SDA, and supported accommodation providers. Features include medication schedules, PRN logging, barcode verification, missed-dose alerts, drug interaction flags, dual-sign for controlled substances, and integration with participant care plans.
Does the app track my location?
The app uses your location to check you in and out of shifts. On Android, if you allow it, it can also record trips in the background for visit verification and kilometres. On iPhone it uses location only while the app is in use.
How long does setup take?
Most providers are live within 1–3 business days. The onboarding team imports client and staff data, configures your price book to the current NDIS Support Catalogue, sets up your payroll rules to match your SCHADS Award classification, and trains your team via video call. No technical skills required.
How does EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) work?
Workers use the Rostery mobile app to clock in and out. The app captures GPS coordinates to within 5 metres at clock-in, clock-out, and every 15 minutes throughout the shift. Records are stored with cryptographic hash signatures making them tamper-proof and court-admissible. Geofence alerts notify coordinators if a worker clocks in more than 200m from the participant's address.
