Is my session recorded?
Only if you turn it on for that session with client consent captured first. Audio is transcribed and the draft is produced, then the recording and transcript are automatically deleted 7 days after the session. You can also work from your own typed points and never enable audio at all.
Does the AI make clinical decisions?
No. The AI structures what happened into your note format. It doesn't diagnose, assess risk or contact clients, and nothing enters the record until you have read and signed it.
Can I leave and take my data with me?
Yes. You can export your full client file set—records, notes, and appointment history—at any time in a readable format. There is no exit fee.
Where will my clients come from?
Your public Zenvia profile, the find-a-counsellor directory, and any existing clients who move across with you. Zenvia is newly launched, so the directory-referral pipeline builds over time, the same as any new listing would.
What do I tell my client, and my supervisor?
We give you a plain-language consent script and a one-page explainer you can hand to clients, plus an access and edit log you can bring to supervision or your insurer.
